We deliver donations to homes for children without parental care in eastern Cuba: girls and boys growing up away from their families, for whom every bit of help counts.

What we do
Three ways of being close
With associations and embassies
We work with associations, collectives and diplomatic missions. They gather the aid; we collect it, prepare it in our warehouse and take it to its destination.
Latin culture in Switzerland
We support events, festivals and concerts by Cuban and Latin American artists and communities in Switzerland, transporting the equipment and materials they need.

An aid container for the victims of Hurricane Melissa
Ainex Services organised the loading of a container in Zurich for the victims of Hurricane Melissa in eastern Cuba, together with solidarity groups, the Switzerland-Cuba Association and Cubans living in Switzerland. It carried hospital supplies, medicines, mattresses, food, tools, bicycles, toys, clothing and shoes.

Medical supplies for Cuba's public health system
We took part in shipping a solidarity container loaded in Lausanne with hospital beds, surgical instruments, wheelchairs and disposable supplies, donated mostly by the CHUV university hospital and by Cubans living in Switzerland. Its destination: the Quisicuaba community project in Havana, which distributes it within the health system.

How a donation arrives
With the same organisation we bring to every one of our customers' shipments.

The aid is gathered
An association, a collective or a group of people in Switzerland gathers the donations.
- 02
We collect it
We collect it or receive it at our warehouse in Niederhasli, where it is sorted and carefully packed.
- 03
It travels to Cuba
It is consolidated in the container and travels with the same control as any Ainex shipment.
- 04
It reaches those who need it
It is handed over at the destination to the people responsible for receiving it.
