Before you ship
How to prepare your packing list
The packing list is a clear summary of the general contents of your package. It is required for customs clearance and for your shipment to arrive without delays. Here's how easy it is to prepare:

Note the general contents
Group by category: used clothing, non-perishable food, hygiene items, household utensils. There's no need to list every single piece.

Indicate approximate quantities
For example «1 bag of clothing», «5 kg of dry food», «assorted toiletries». It helps speed up customs clearance.

Separate and protect
Distribute the weight across inner bags (up to 20 kg each) and protect anything fragile. Close boxes and drums securely.

Check that everything is allowed
Avoid restricted items. When in doubt, ask us before shipping.
Free. If you arrive at the warehouse without it, a surcharge of 15 CHF.

Packing
How to group and prepare your boxes
To speed up customs clearance, group items by type. Each group must go in separate boxes.
Toiletries, food and medicines
These three types can go together in the same box.
Clothing, shoes and textiles
All textiles (clothing, footwear, bed linen…) together in the same box.
Appliances
They must go in a separate box, apart from the rest of the goods.
Additional cost
Rechargeable lamps, bulbs and parts
Also parts for cars, motorcycles and bicycles. All of this goes in a separate box.

Mandatory packing
Packing is mandatory for all shipments. You can bring your boxes properly packed or hire our professional packing so your goods travel protected.
What must accompany each box
- The list of items each box contains.
- A photocopy of the ID document of each recipient family member, stuck on the outside of the box.
- A document with all the details of the sender and the consignee (recipient).

How your shipments work
No total weight limit
Fill your boxes and drums with no limit on total kilos; just separate the contents into inner bags of up to 20 kg each to make handling easier.
Regulated quantities
The quantity of certain items is regulated by the customs of the destination country. Check the current regulations before shipping.
Out-of-format shipments
Doesn't your shipment fit in these boxes or drums? We also transport packages with other measurements.
Air shipping
Available on request for urgent shipments. Air shipping is charged per kilogram.
Delivery
We deliver to your home (door to door) or to the pickup point you prefer.
