Prohibited goods
For safety reasons and customs regulations, these items cannot be included in your shipments.
The following list is indicative and may vary depending on the destination and current regulations. If you have any doubts about a specific item, ask us before sending it: you will avoid holds, seizures and customs costs.

- Explosives, ammunition, firearms and bladed weapons
- Fireworks and flares
- Fuels, petrol, gas and kerosene
- Flammable, corrosive or toxic chemicals
Drugs and controlled substances
- Illegal drugs or narcotics
- Prescription medicines without a valid prescription
- Psychotropic substances
Chemical and biological products
- Poisons, pesticides and herbicides
- Biological material and medical samples
- Radioactive products
Batteries and hazardous equipment
- Unauthorised loose lithium batteries
- High-capacity external batteries (power banks)
- Equipment at risk of combustion
Valuables
- Cash
- Cheques, bonds and shares
- Jewellery, precious metals and precious stones
- High-value works of art
Sensitive documents
- Passports
- Original official documents
- Legal or notarial deeds
Restrictions depending on the destination country
In addition to the above, depending on the destination country the following may be prohibited:
- Unauthorised telecommunications equipment
- Antennas, repeaters and professional radios
- Drones and accessories
- Military or police equipment
- Political symbols or propaganda
- Unauthorised perishable food
- Alcohol, tobacco and derivatives
- Vehicle parts restricted by customs
Restricted items (require prior approval)
Some products can only be sent after a prior review: household appliances, electronic equipment, tools, spare parts, non-perishable food, cosmetics and hygiene products.
Content declaration and customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for the declared content of their shipments.
- The customer must declare the content of the shipment correctly.
- Concealing, disguising or misdeclaring goods is prohibited.
Ainex Services accepts no liability for:
- Customs holds
- Fines
- Confiscations
- Losses arising from undeclared content
Any additional cost caused by prohibited goods shall be borne in full by the customer.
Right of inspection
Ainex Services reserves the right to:
- Open and inspect packages
- Reject shipments that do not comply with the rules
- Cancel the service without refund if prohibited content is found
